Description

The Wake 6560 from Princeton CarbonWorks was first created in 2012 and underwent 4 iterations to improve aerodynamics, efficiency, weight, stiffness, responsiveness, and quality. Now in its fifth generation, the Wake 6560 Evolution boasts a revolutionary new shape and is the second wheelset in the Evolution series. It has been extensively tested and developed to be even more efficient and impressive than its predecessor, the Wake 6560 Strada.

The patented Radially Staggered Lacing technology, exclusive to Princeton CarbonWorks, balances spoke tensions for a stiffer and more uniform wheel. The Evolution version is wider and lighter, with an optimized width for 25-28mm tires, making it more aerodynamic and stable in crosswinds. Rim weight has also been reduced, and the hookless, tubeless ready tire bed remains available for both clincher/tubed tires and tubeless tires.
