At TCR, we guarantee integrity and dedicated work on your bike. You're charged only for the time spent on servicing - no more, no less. Any additional requirements for time and parts will be communicated with you for approval beforehand.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We like to operate on a 3-day cycle, pun intended. You can book your service days, weeks, or months in advance if you would like. This will not change the following steps.
- Day 1, You can drop off your bike whenever it is convenient for you during regular shop hours. Usually, 9-6. We assess your bike and record details to enhance our technicians' service.
- Day 2, We work on your bike andtext you as soon as it’s done. Due to the nature of having several bikes to work on every day we will rarely guarantee a certain completion time. If your bike is finished before we close on day 2, don’t hesitate to pick up the bike.
- Day 3, Your bike was finished the previous day, pick it up when you can.
Nope, but without one we will need to schedule your bike in at the back of the line. We can also assess the bike when you come in, figure out what you need and book a time to bring the bike back. That way you can potentially keep riding until your appointment comes up.
In many cases we will make exceptions for people. Clientele from Canmore, Banff, Fernie, etc are commonplace here so we understand your trip into Calgary may be just a few hours or a day. If you need this type of service book well in advance. A week or more. It’s also a good idea tocallor email us with more detail on what your bike may need so we can anticipate what specialty parts might need to be ordered.

Yes, of course. Byand large we can work on all makes and models. There are proprietary parts that your bike may require. When we run into these situations, we will often work with other shops in town to find the small part or proprietary part we may need.
Of course! A la Carte service is commonplace here. We can quote you for specific tasks to be completed. This will always be more accurate when we see the bike in person rather than describing the issue over the phone. One other consideration we make is the desire toget every bike back to100%. In looking over every bike, we will give you the optiontoget the bike perfect and turn down service you don’t want.
