At TCR Sport Lab, coaching is what we love to do. We believe in developing well-rounded programs to ensure our clients achieve their goals and learn a lot along the way. As with all our programs at TCR, the lab forms an integral part of our coaching service and provides the blueprint necessary for efficient and comprehensive training program design. We cover all areas of training to develop the best program for you individually; from aerobic conditioning, testing, strength training, nutrition, flexibility, therapy and race plans. We have also invested in a highly interactive website for program access and workout monitoring. This website takes our coaching programs to a whole new level!

The Ultimate coaching package. Weekly correspondence, phone calls and training plans to meet the athlete’s needs and lifestyle. We use the Training Peaks Professional Edition website for the training calendar, data uploads and monitoring. Suited to very dedicated individuals who prefer a high level of feedback and support.
Motivated Individuals who prefer to have more frequent correspondence and meetings. We use the Training Peaks Professional Edition website for the training calendar, data uploads and monitoring. Suited to individuals who are serious about their training and want more time to correspond with their coach using the online training tools.
Motivated individuals who have specific goals to achieve in lifestyle or a particular sport/event. Suited for individuals who need training structure to balance their lifestyle and training goals.
